Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, we welcome 8th grade students, all the way to 12th grade, to join the Marching Band and Color Guard this year! 

In Marching Band, we refine our music and marching technique. We learn new drills, visuals and rehearse what we have already learned.

Marching Band rehearsals are held every Monday and Thursday.

Band Camp if our most important and productive week! It will be held at the High School on Monday, July 27, 2026 through Friday, July 31, 2026.

The Marching Band and Color Guard performs at home football games, during half time and in the stands at the games. During away games, the Pep Band travels to the games to perform stand tunes, while the Color Guard remains at the High School to practice.

The Marching Band and Color Guard competes in both Cavalcade of Bands and Tournament of Bands. We travel throughout NJ and PA to compete with other high school bands in our division.

We participate in the Washington Township 4th of July parade prior to the fireworks.
